Midweek Lent

This Wednesday, we begin a Lenten series entitled “Three Words of Truth.” Each week, an area pastor will focus on three specific words surrounding our Savior’s sufferings. The sayings are:
  • Is It I?
  • Love One Another.
  • Watch and Pray.
  • I Am He.
  • What Is Truth?
  • Take Him Away!
Supper begins at 5:30 pm. Worship begins at 6:30 pm. Choir will meet after each service for practice. If you would like to contribute to an evening supper, please sign up on a sheet in the gathering area.

The Victim's Victory

It is tragic when we fall victim to the evils of the world. It is even more so when we bring the trouble on ourselves as we fall into temptation. To save us, Christ became a victim himself. He goes to suffer in our place. In doing so, he wins the victory over sin, death, and the devil, and shares that victory with us. Do you feel like you’re always the victim? Come learn of Christ, that his victory may be your victory.

Heirs Together of God's Gracious Gift of Life

The world is more confused than ever on our callings as men and women living under God's grace. Do we get confused, too? There are few topics more timely than this one. In January and February, join us on Sunday mornings at 8:15. We'll see what men and women share, created in God's image, equally lost in sin, and equally saved by our Savior. We'll also see what makes us unique with special callings to help and serve one another. This is a great time to start a new study with us at St. Michael's. As always, coffee will be served.
